Who is the data controller for the processing of your personal data?
ISOTROL, S.A. is the DATA CONTROLLER for the processing of the USER's personal data and informs that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
Why do we process your personal data?
In order to maintain a business relationship with the user. The operations planned for processing are:
- Sending commercial advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enable commercial communications. These communications will be made by the DATA CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In this case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
- Conducting market research and statistical analysis.
- Processing orders, requests, providing responses to inquiries, or any type of request made by the USER through any of the contact forms made available on the DATA CONTROLLER’s website.

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?
Because the processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:
- With the USER's consent: for the forwarding of commercial communications and the newsletter.
- Based on the legitimate interest of the DATA CONTROLLER: to conduct market research, statistical analysis, etc., and to process orders, requests, etc., at the USER’s request.
How long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept no longer than necessary for maintaining the purpose of the processing, or in case there are legal requirements that dictate their retention. When no longer necessary, the data will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure anonymization or complete destruction.
To whom do we disclose your personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen, except when necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing. In such cases, the data may be disclosed to service providers related to communication services, with whom the DATA CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements in accordance with current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
The USER is entitled to the following rights:
- The right to withdraw consent at any time.
- The right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of their data, and to restriction or opposition to its processing.
- The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if the USER considers that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. Obligatory or Optional Nature of the Information Provided by the User
The USERS, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact or download forms, expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to fulfill their request by the provider. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary.
The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the DATA CONTROLLER are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.
The DATA CONTROLLER informs that all data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for the optimal provision of the service. If all the data are not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to the USER’s needs.
3. Security Measures
In accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection, the DATA CONTROLLER is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD for the processing of personal data under its responsibility. This includes strict compliance with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, meaning data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary.
The DATA CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the USERS. Furthermore, the USERS have been informed appropriately so they can exercise these rights.
