Bluence has been awarded the SCADA and Power Plant Controller (PPC) systems for the Penton (190 MW) and Delta (80 MW) solar projects in the United States. Both initiatives will be developed using the Ignition platform for SCADA, with Bluence PPC managing plant control. The projects are delivered by Black & Veatch as EPC, with Entergy as the end client.

This development marks a significant milestone in Bluence’s expansion strategy. By successfully integrating its technology with client-specified platforms like Ignition, the company strengthens its position to address a broader range of project requirements across the U.S. renewable energy landscape.

By working with Ignition, Bluence strengthens its compatibility with a widely adopted SCADA environment in the American market, opening the door to future opportunities with EPCs and utilities that operate under similar requirements. The Penton and Delta projects are not only significant in terms of capacity—they also represent a step forward in aligning Bluence’s software solutions with the evolving digital needs of the U.S. clean energy landscape.
